Need a Sports Physical for Fall Athletics?
If you plan to play sports this fall, you can get your required sports physical at one of our special clinics beginning Monday, August 11.
These clinics are specifically for students participating in school sports when classes resume. Because demand is high, families may find it more convenient to schedule at our clinic locations rather than through their regular physicians.
